What are cookies

The Site uses Google Analytics for mere statistical purposes. It is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”) that uses cookies, which are stored on the user’s computer to allow statistical analysis in aggregate form in order to use the website visited; it is also specified that besides the cookies, a pixel tag (http://www.google.it/intl/it/policies/privacy/key-terms/) is also used by Google.

As expressly indicated by the Privacy Guarantor with the “Clarifications on the implementation of the regulation on cookies” of 5 June 2015, the sites that use, for mere statistical purposes, analytical cookies created and made available by third parties are not subject the obligations and obligations required by law (notification to the Guarantor in particular) if appropriate tools are adopted to reduce the identifying power of analytical cookies that use (for example, by masking significant portions of the IP address) and provided that the use of these cookies is subject to contractual obligations between sites and third parties, in which you expressly refer to the commitment of the third party or use them exclusively for the provision of the service, to keep them separately and not “enrich” or not “cross” with others information they have.

Art. 7 D. Lgs. 196/2003

c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this fulfillment is it proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
